The roof has some missing shingles, some of the red brick covering the foundation needs to be repaired, and the porch could use some work although itโs not a total loss. The windows all seem to be in good condition. The kitchen in both units need to be replaced due to damage from a roof leak in the right rear. The two back rooms in both units also require ceiling replacement due to the roof leaking. Besides these rooms mentioned all other ceilings were fine. The flooring downstairs needs replacing. The basement was dry with no leaks. The upstairs unit is in better condition than the downstairs unit. The upstairs unit is also carpeted.
